An Investigation And Analysis Of The Quality Of English Teachers In Rural Senior Middle School Of Miluo Under The New Curriculum

The concept of new curriculum and its material-selecting, full sets of contents, and design for teaching activities follows the teaching principle to establish students'life developing goal and concern for raising students'overall quality. It embodies the human-oriented idea. So it is a great challenge for English teachers to put it into practice. As you know, only teachers with high quality can train high quality students, with the developing of reforming on curriculum, the quality of the English teachers ' is being paid close attention to .To get to know about the quality of the English teachers in rural middle school of Miluo, the author of the thesis conducts the present research by combining relevant theoretical analysis and the investigation mainly based on the questionnaire. With statistic analysis of the data, the author of the thesis makes some practical proposals to improve the quality of English teachers at senior middle schools.I analyzed four respects of English teachers' qualities in this article, such as the teachers' professional quality,the teachers' educational idea,the teachers' ability quality and the teachers' career ideal. Guided by some relevant theories of education and the concept of new curriculum, I made a questionnaire about the qualities of the English teachers of the rural Senior Middle School of Miluo in the course reform., and analyzed the investigation result and made some practical proposals to improve the quality of English teachers.1.Optimizing professional knowledge structure of teachers;2.
