Currently, the development and application of educational technology have promoted the education informationization, but that teachers lack educational technology literacy has affected the advance of teaching innovation. So, it is one of the important things that improve the educational technology literacy of teachers before they are employed. The educational technology literacy embodies one's grasp of the theory and method of Educational technology, and the level of application and evaluation. It includes affection, knowledge and ability, which is the competence of applying the technology to solving problems.In order to train teachers suited for the needs of the 21cn education, the project, The Practice and Research of Cultivating the Ability of Educational Technique on the Students of Non-Educational Technique-Major in Normal University, researched on students of our college, searches for a scheme of improving our students' Educational technology ability, which is easy to be carried out. Searching for the evaluation method plays an important role in this project, and it provides a reliable and authentic evaluation method for the scheme of improving students' Educational technology.This research based on the theory of multiple intelligence, constructed an evaluation method, which was used to evaluate the Educational technology ability of the students of non-educational technique-major in teachers college based on tasks. The process, strategy and result of these tasks were evaluated, and The educational technology ability of the students in these was also detected. The evaluation of ability was transformed into evaluation of task. The qualitative and quantitative description was taken out by using network evaluative system. Not only the summative evaluation, but also the process assessment was important in this evaluation method. In this method the main body of evaluation is multiple, teachers and students all took part in the evaluation. The diagnosing and inspiriting function were emphasized; in this method the students should also reflect the result of the evaluation and provide the modified method, which give a push to the continuance development of students.In this research, the evaluation method was instructed, evaluating the Educational technology ability of the students of non-educational technique-major in teachers college, the authentic and reasonable task was designed, and the efficiency and credible mode of educational evaluation was also drew up and carried out in the teaching.
