Under the background of economy globalization, the development of our country's economy and society has completely entered into the accelerated transformation period. Today's China is facing the challenge of serious unemployment. A flood of unemployment encumbrances the economic increase, the social stability and the sustainable development of the country. Unemployment causes decrease of income for some people and then affects their living quality. Long-term unemployment also causes psychological burden of the unemployed, and they even bring about social problem. Basing on status quo and the change of history, we manage the scientific method and build the model on the system of unemployment early-warning, which is pretty urgent and important.The research can be the consultations of adjusting the industry policy, constituting the economic development strategy and consummating the social security system. Our research starts from the core of unemployment problem and, it includes: The model on the forecast of unemployment and the model on the alarm of unemployment. The model on the forecast of unemployment comprises the model on the supply of labor and the model on the demand of employ. Because of fund and manpower, we only design the model on the alarm of unemployment. During the transformation period, though there are many limitations about the early-warning model, it is the meaning and valuable discuss about establishing the model on the system of unemployment early-warning in our country.On the grounds, the problem of employment and unemployment are intricate, difficult to solve within short time at the present stage in our country. So I put forward some main conclusions and discuss the meaning of the model on the system of unemployment early-warning in order to expand employment and support anticipated decision of alleviating the unemployment.
