With the fast development of computer multimedia technology and network communication technology, the web-based instruction of our country is launched rapidly, and the web-based course is made considerable progress too. In some current web-based courses, relatively abundant learning resources have been offered, however, the diversity of the learners was neglected, so those can't meet specific need of the learner since can't offer the presenting mode for teaching content and can't give the guidance and control to learning process by the characteristic of the learner.Based on learning theory and learning style theory, the sending strategy for teaching content adapt to learning style is designed and the courseware on the basis of it is developed in this thesis according to instructional design and software engineering. Through the design and development of the courseware, the ways and means that to realize web-based individual instruction to a certain extent is discussed. That is, send teaching content with some presenting mode that adapt to the learning style of the learner and alter it according to the learning performance in the learning process on the basis of the teaching content that has been elaborately organized.The thesis was divided into five parts:Part one, the preface.
