The teaching activity is"for man"forever, so that teachers and students experience true meaning of life and obtain perfect development in all necessary aspects. However, during the real teaching process, the phenomenon of wastage is so universely existed and greatly perilous that it has direct connection with teaching efficiency and quality, and finally leads to the dissimilation of teaching function and the decline of students'ultimate development.On the basis of the investigation and by the use of literature analytic method and comparison research method, my paper can make a systematic and complete research into teaching process wastage from many angles of view.The first part is foreword. I put forward the main problem——teaching process wastage, its historical researches, research purpose and way of thinking.The second part discusses the basic topics. Firstly, the teaching process is explained clearly after the definition of teaching. During the process, teachers and students, by the comprehensive use of teaching resources, hope to realize the full developments. Secondly, after the study on basic factors of teaching process and meaning of wastage, I define the core concept——teaching process wastage which means inefficient use for the improper utilization of teaching resources.(mainly including people, money, matter, time, space and information ) Thirdly, I distinguish several relative concepts——teaching quality, teaching benefit, teaching efficiency, effective teaching and find out that it is teaching efficiency that has the most intimate relation to teaching process wastage.In the third part, teaching process wastage is classified into productive...
