The educational technology training of the K-12 teachers is becoming the focus against a background of the issuance of the CETS. To hold the educational technology training in the whole country will definitely be the requirement of the era. The structure of the training curriculum should play an important role in this process. How to make the educational technology training different from the traditional computer training? How to make the CETS to satisfy the different requirements of the different level?This article has proved the necessary of developing the emergent curriculum based on the practice and the extensive investigation. Finally summarize the principle, method and model of how to develop the emergent curriculum.The model of interactive development of the emergent curriculum emphasizes the curriculum is very important to realize the education theory of Teaching depend on the individual. The emergent curriculum will satisfy the different requirement dynamically.The model of involved design of the emergent curriculum is a hypothesis drawn from the practice. It is hoped to develop the emergent curriculum by the teacher be trained themselves. Finally it is found that this model should only be realized under some conditions.To sum up, the emergent curriculum is a model of teacher training, a way to get the new learning resource, an effective way to improve the professional development of teachers.
