Influence Of The Character Of Political And Ideological Instructors On The Moral Personality Of Undergraduates

The sound moral personality of the undergraduates is the common request of society development, pushing forward the education for all-round development and strengthening the citizen moral construction. As major important stream to spread mental and political education to the undergraduates, the political and ideological instructors of the university should make it extremely urgent to construct their troops with occupation and profession. The former research has just elaborated the importance of the personality power of teachers from the thinking side, without the substantial evidence. These objects are 49 political and ideological instructors and their students selected from NAU. Questionnaire method, measure method, interview method etc are applied and the conclusions are worked out as following list.1. There is no significant difference in competence between full-time and part-time political and ideological instructors and the same as male and female.2. There is significant difference in Liveliness, Social Assertiveness with different competence. The people who get high grades in all except Anxiety and Tension will be more competent.3. There is no significant related relation in personal character that the instructors evaluate themselves to what students evaluate and the influence of the personality of political and ideological instructors on the moral personality of the undergraduates .There is significant related relation in personal character that students evaluate to the influence of the personality of political and ideological instructors on the moral personality of undergraduates. What students evaluate affects the moral personality of undergraduates.4. The political and ideological instructors who get high grades in Warmth, Liveliness, Emotional Stability, Dutifulness, Independence, middle grades in Introversion, and low grades in Anxiety and Tension will be more competent and have remarkable influence on the moral personality that responsibility, cooperation, resolution and courage, self-confidence and self-respect etc of the undergraduates.
