The nature of morality is human beings' autonomy, which is man's rational self-control and which advocates man's own status and his freedom. At the moment, the power of disciplines on others has greatly decreased because of the changes in our social organization structure, economic system, life style and thoughts. So the autonomy in ethicsis urgently required to be reinforced However, the present situation of the teenagers-themainstream in the future world, is worrying. When it comes to terms with the reason for this from the ethics education, we find that we attach much more importance to the society orient and society cost and neglect man's needs, the moral integrity cost. When it comes to terms with the moral aims, they are illusory and lack of different levels. When it comes to terms with the moral content, it's separated from the reality and students' moral needs and their everyday life. When it comes to terms with the methodology, students are compelled to learn. When it comes to terms with the process of conducting, we pay more attention to the theory than practice. We believe that the fostering of the moral autonomy quality should be based on the disciplines on others, premise the conductors' freedom in the will, regard the moral practice as the foundation, follow the educational regularity and also put an emphasis on the assimilation. Therefore, during the course of the process to foster the moral autonomy quality of the teenagers, we should first consider the students' needs and then establish the moral standard and requirement which tallies with their 'suitable developing area'. As a result, moral regresses reality, real life and practice. At the same time, special attention should be paid to the students' self-education. It's necessary to mention that not only Taoists and educators but also the makers and administrators of the social system and the participants of the social opinion should be responsible for it. We should construct environments to exercise strict disciplines on others and rigid legal order so the problem that "Bad morals conquer good morals" will be solved. We should establish formal compensation system about moral integrity cost so the problem that " Heroes shed and weep" will be settled. We should also build the social system to meet the moral conductors' needs so the problem that "The moral conductors are lack of profit motivation " will be resolved.
