The Research On Foundation Organization's Enterprise Operation In China

Non-payoff organizations have performed more and more in recent public society and commonweal field due to their character of non-government and no-payoff. They function as compensation to marketing failure and government failure. Meanwhile, different from enterprises which get the money from marketing operation and different from government which get the money from taxation, the fund of Non-payoff organizations come mainly from endowment from public society. Then the questions on how to get and administrate the endowment emerge.Foundation organization developed repaidly and maturely in Europe and America. But in China, the modern foundation organizations just have a start. It is a big challenge for China to catch up. This dissertation is to analyses China foundation organizations status and compare with developed countries experience. By studying the theory and practical problem s it will be valuable to develop China foundation organizations to put up the enterprise operation method from the legal and system and operational fields.
