Non-intellective factors development present situation is one of the major factorsaffecting academic achievements, the level of development about high school students' non-intelligence factors in poor areas has its own characteristics. All students studying in No.1 Middle School of Luquan, selected for the study subjects, having questioned 420 high school students, and having analyzed the differences of non-intelligence factors development of the high school students in poor areas in grades and genders, as well as its academic relevance. Based on it, the author explores the reasonable education countermeasures to the non-intellective factors education, in order to provide some of the reference to high school education in poor areas.
