Research Into Government Effect On Graduates' Obtaining Employment

Getting employment is the foundation of people' living. As higher level of human resources in our country, graduates' getting employment is concerned with people's vital interests, the steadiness of reform situation, the development of higher education, the construction of well-off society and socialism modernization.Presently, graduates are becoming more and more and graduates' getting employment is turning more and more difficult, which should deserve our great attention. In our country, government plays a very important role at all aspects, one of whose public service functions is to solve the problem of graduates' getting employment. This thesis focuses on government effect on graduates' getting employment. This thesis consists of four chapters.The first chapter analyzes the current situation of graduates' getting employment in our country. At the beginning, the chapter summarizes overall conditions of getting employment are rigorous for that the readjustment of economic structure and state organs lead to lessening employers and that labor greatly increase owing to the giving-birth peak. The difficulties of graduates' getting employment show special features.
