Physics teacher should adopt evaluation method variety and openly in whole process of educate and instruction, such as adopt paper-pen test, experiment operate, subject research, behavior observation, record develop dossier, evaluate action behave et al to evaluate students. Evaluation content should variety also, provide space for students personality and distinctive development.Physics instruct process adopt developing evaluation, can combine qulitative analysis with quantitative analysis, combine analytical evaluation with formative evaluation and conclusive evaluation, combine self-evaluation with co-evaluation. Just break down certain style limited, if only it can reflectmatter of fact of students study and promote student omni-development.
