The paper surveys the present co-ordinate development between community education and Primary & Middle school education in Huhhot by investigation, comparison and documentation.The findings are:Firstly, (1) Educational administrative departments are lack of broad views on education and community education. (2)The educational system in which the whole society takes part hasn't been formed. (3)The educational resources haven't been made full use of. (4)School education is hardly connected with the "life-long" education. (5)The contents of school education and community education are separated.Secondly, (1)The level of community education is low. (2)Many organizations of community education do not really exist. (3)Managements on the community education activities are not well performed; the inspection|, conduction given by the educational administrative departments to the community education are not enough; the regulations community education are not sound. (4)Contents of the community education are old and the style is monotonous and lack of creativity. (5)The environment of the community education needs to be improved.This paper starts from the relationships between community education and the primary & middle school education in Huhhot and points out the importance of the co-ordinate development between the community education and the primary &middle school education by analyzing the present conditions. Then the issue is put forward, the solutions to the issueare mentioned as follows:Absorb the experiences and practice from home and abroad on the co-ordinate development between the community education and the primary school& middle school education; on the theoretical basis of educational sociology and contemporary educational principles, developing the individual's creativity and practical abilities should be the core of the co-ordinate development. In this way, the co-ordinate development between the community education and the primary & middle school education in Huhhot can be progressed and enhance the process of educational socialization in Huhhot.
