While the"post-80s"generation grows up day by day and step into the society, people who master the social words power pay more and more attention to the newborn generation studying, working, and the thought and so on. They showed loving to the newborn generation and in the mean time they raise more questions and criticism such as self- centered, looks down on the world, have no politeness, not good at the social intercourse... ... As one of the"post-80s"generation, I deeply know the newborn generation has their own opinions and difficulties. So in this research, I want to give the words power to them and let themselves tell their own story.In this research, I used questionnaire survey statistics method which commonly used in home and abroad when referring to the research of interpersonal relationship to the high-school students. And in the mean time I use qualitative research method which is being more and more used in the social sciences research day after day. I do my eyes on the construction of harmonious interpersonal relationship of the high-school students in the research-based learning curriculum systematically, dynamically and panoramically because I want to provide a new level and a new aspect to this kind of research.
