In order to improve the quality of physical education teacher training in primary and secondary schools,the Ministry of Education promulgated a series of documents,such as“Opinions of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Strengthening the Performance Evaluation of the National Training Program Project” and “Measures for the Management of the Demonstrative Centralized Training Program of the National Training Program”.In order to standardize and strengthen the management of training and ensure the quality of training,it is necessary to strengthen the performance evaluation.At present,the theoretical research of PE teacher training performance evaluation in primary and secondary schools is not thorough,which leads to the imperfection of the performance evaluation system,and ultimately makes it difficult to objectively and accurately judge the performance of PE teacher training in primary and secondary schools.For this reason,this paper chooses "Research on Performance Evaluation of PE teachers’ training in Primary and Secondary Schools--Taking Jiangxi Province’s National Comprehensive Training as an example" as the research theme,aiming at strengthening the theoretical research on PE Teachers’ Training Performance Evaluation in Primary and Secondary Schools,exploring the essence of PE teachers’ training performance evaluation in Primary and Secondary Schools,revealing its inherent objective law,and To construct a training performance evaluation system and provide tool support for the implementation of evaluation,so as to carry out a comprehensive and objective evaluation of training performance in practice.By using the methods of literature analysis,interview,Delphi and analytic hierarchy process,this paper takes the performance evaluation of primary and secondary school physical education teachers’ training as the research object,expounds the theoretical basis of the performance evaluation of primary and secondary school physical education teachers’ training,and analyses the characteristics,basis and evaluation of the performance evaluation of training.Principles,objects and subjects of evaluation,factors of evaluation errors,etc.,and conduct in-depth research on the core of performance evaluation-evaluation system,develop a training performance evaluation system thatconforms to the characteristics of physical education teachers and the characteristics of physical education teaching.Then,through empirical research,it proves that the training performance of primary and secondary school physical education teachers is constructed.The feasibility and operability of the evaluation index system are discussed.Suggestions for improving training performance evaluation and strategies for improving training performance are put forward.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.The process of P.E.teacher training performance evaluation in primary and secondary schools can be divided into the initial stage(from the establishment of new China to the early 1980s),exploration stage(from the mid-1980 s to the late 1990s),and deepening development stage(from the late 1990 s to the present).The problems existing in the evaluation of P.E.teachers’ training performance in primary and secondary schools are as follows: lack of effective evaluation system of training performance;Performance evaluation is not based on the characteristics of physical education teachers;Lack of follow-up evaluation;The evaluation subject is simplified.2.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing performance evaluation models and the scope of application,and on the basis of the learning rules and training objectives of teacher training,this paper constructs a performance evaluation model of physical education teacher training,which evaluates the training performance of primary and secondary school physical education teachers from four dimensions: response level,learning level,individual level and stakeholder level,evaluation index both the principle of combining qualitative evaluation with quantitative evaluation,comprehensive evaluation and the principle of combining the key evaluation,formative evaluation and summative evaluation principle,the combination of immediate evaluation combined with tracking evaluation principle,systematic evaluation and evaluation of operational principle,the combination of The whole evaluation is completed with the participation of the trainee PE teacher,school,colleagues and students,so that the subject status of the trainee PE teacher and the interests of the school,colleagues and students are respected,and the performance evaluation results take into account the multiple interest demands.3.A performance evaluation system with both immediate evaluation and tracking evaluation was constructed,and the training performance evaluation system of primary and secondary physical education teachers was improved.The performance evaluation system of primary and secondary school physical education teacher training includes four first-level indicators: response level,learning level,individual level and stakeholder level,11 second-level indicators and 43 third-level indicators.The corresponding weights of each indicator are established,among which the response level is 0.187,the learning level is 0.412,the individual level is 0.293 and the stakeholder level is 0.108.The evaluation criteria are formulated in accordance with the Professional Standards for Primary School Teachers,the Professional Standards for Middle School Teachers,the Standards for Teachers’ Ethics for Primary and Secondary School Teachers and School Physical Education.4.After forming the theoretical system of performance evaluation of primary and secondary school physical education teacher training,this paper takes the national comprehensive physical education teacher training in Jiangxi Province as an example to verify the scientificity,feasibility and operability of the performance evaluation index system.Empirical research shows that the performance evaluation system including tracking evaluation indicators is feasible and easy to operate.It has good diagnostic and differentiating functions for the evaluation results and can accurately identify the strengths and weaknesses in the training process of primary and secondary school teachers.5.According to the research results,this paper puts forward optimization strategies for primary and secondary school physical education teacher training: in order to achieve the goal of scientific evaluation of training performance,it is necessary to emphasize tracking evaluation in top-level design;create a good understanding of training performance evaluation;build a scientific evaluation index;the scientific nature of the evaluation process itself;integrate a variety of evaluation methods;establish a phased evaluation system;and implement third-party evaluation.In the aspect of improving training performance,we should pay attention to the following strategies: paying attention to the selection of trainers;strengthening the investigation of teachers’ training needs;integrating the design of training content;setting up network research links;using modern technology to urge trainees to learn;strengthening the monitoring of performance evaluation. |
