Job burnout has been becoming a popular concept in study of professional stress and psychological health recently years abroad. The study, which has been done, shows that job burnout is common to teacher. Its negative effects to teacher,student,school and whole social beyond our imagination,So it is important to do something in the field,This study investigated the Conditions of P.E teacher job burnout and its relationship with professional self-concept among high college in Henna province, The main aim of the research is to find out the actuality and developmental characteristics of job burnout of P.E teacher, to analyze the relationship between job burnout and professional self-concept. The study analyzed the data with Spss11.5 for Windows.The results show that:1 The degree of job burnout of P.E teacher in high college in Henan province in recently is not much serious. The core dimension—emotional exhaustion is high.2 Job burnout of P.E teacher in high college submits an upside-down "U" shape with the growth of age. The most serious status lies in the age of 11-15.3 The title of a technical post, education degree, style of college submit notable difference in one or more dimensions of job burnout; gender, marital status submit no notable difference in every dimensions.4 The significant effect show: high professional self-concept will lead to low degree of the professional burnout.5 There was significant positively relations between professional burnout and professional self-concept.6 Job satisfaction,teacher-student relationship,relationship consciousness that three dimensions of self-concept has strongly predicted job burnout.
