With the development of Internet technology,teachers' blended training has become one of the main training models of teachers' professional development.The nationally implemented Teacher Education Revitalization Action Program(2018-2022) and National Training Program for Primary and Secondary School Teachers approved the value of teachers' blended training.However,with the development of teachers' blended training,the problems such as poor effect are gradually revealed.A large number of theoretical research and practice show that teachers' motivation is not high,their behavior is passive and their effect is not good.Teachers are burnout of teachers' blended training.Based on the Conservation of Resources theory and Job Demands-Resources theory,this study explores the formation process and influencing factors of teacher burnout in teachers' blended training through the method of quality combination.The specific research work is divided into the following parts:1.Constructing a theoretical research framework of teacher burnout and its influencing factors in teachers' blended training.As a teacher is not only a learner but also an educator in teachers' blended training,the teacher burnout in teachers' blended training is mainly composed of teachers' job burnout and learning burnout.Through the literature review and analysis at home and abroad,this paper determines the factors that jointly affect teachers' job burnout and learning burnout,and puts forward the theoretical framework of the research on the influencing factors of teachers' burnout in teachers' blended training according to the relevant theories.2.To investigate the current situation of teachers' burnout in teachers' blended training in C City.This study is based on the 'Maslach Burnout Inventory Educational Survey' and'Maslach Burnout Inventory Student Survey' by Maslach,a researcher.This study developed a questionnaire on the current situation and influencing factors of teachers' burnout in teachers' blended training.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire are tested through pre survey.The results of the survey are based on the teachers in C City.The results show that the present situation of teachers' burnout in teachers' blended training of C City is in the middle level,the teachers' job burnout and the teachers' learning burnout are also in the middle level,the situation of teachers' learning burnout is slightly more serious than teachers' job burnout,the gap between the dimensions is small.3.To explore the influence factors of teacher burnout in teachers' blended training in C city.On the basis of literature analysis,this study puts forward the research hypothesis that job demand,work resources,learning demand and learning resources all have an impact on teachers' burnout,in which teachers' professional commitment plays a moderating role between various factors and teachers' burnout in teachers' blended training.The data shows that the learning demand and job demand have a significant positive correlation with teachers' burnout,and learning resources and work resources have a significant negative correlation with the teachers' burnout in teachers' blended training.The learning demand and learning resources have a greater impact on the teachers' burnout in teachers' blended training.Teacher professional commitment has a moderating effect between learning requirements and teacher burnout,teacher professional commitment also has a moderating effect between learning resources and teacher burnout.Learning commitment has a moderating effect between learning requirements and teacher burnout,teacher professional commitment also has a moderating effect between learning resources and teacher burnout.However,the moderating effect of teachers' professional commitment between teachers' job requirements and teachers' burnout is not significant.The moderating effect of learning commitment between teachers' job requirements and teachers' burnout is not significant.The moderating effect of learning commitment between teachers' job resources and teachers' burnout is not significant.The teacher professional commitment has a regulating effect between the teacher's study and learning requirements,the teacher's research learning resources and the teacher burnout.The teacher research and learning commitment has the commitment between the teacher's work demand,the teacher's work resources and the teacher burnout is not significant,and the teacher's professional commitment has no significant adjustment effect between the teacher's work demand,the teacher's work resources and the teacher burnout The adjustment effect of research and learning commitment is not significant among teachers' work demands,teachers' work resources and teachers' burnout.In addition,individual variables including one's gender,professional title,years of teachong experience,marital status,educational background are no significant relationship impact on teacher burnout except for the number of times.4.To put forward the strategies to reduce the level of teacher burnout in teachers' blended training.Based on the Job Demands-Resources theory.This study proposes some strategies to reduce the level of teacher burnout in teachers' blended training,which are from the perspective of reducing teachers' job requirements and learning requirements,improving teachers' work resources and learning resources,and enhancing teachers' professional commitment and learning commitment.In the aspect of theory,aiming at the poor effect of teachers' blended training,this study introduces the theory of job burnout,measures the current situation of teachers' burnout in teachers' blended training.This study explores the influence of teachers' individual factors,teachers' job requirements,teachers' work resources,learning requirements,learning resources on teachers' burnout.At the same time,the study also explores teachers' professional commitment and learning commitment play a moderating effect between the above factors and teachers' burnout in teachers' blended training.It not only enriches the theory of job burnout,but also provides a new perspective for teachers' mixed study in the future.In practice,it puts forward the relevant strategies to effectively reduce the level of teachers' burnout,solves the problem of teachers' low motivation in teachers' blended training and provides effective suggestions for teachers' blended training.It has certain practical significance for improving the level of teachers' professional development and promoting the development of educational informatization in China.
