This article adopts the occupation college counselors self concept of self occupation identity questionnaire and questionnaire of College Counselors. Combined with the occupation identity counselors scale and occupation burnout scale many universities in Harbin, Qigihar, Mudanjiang, Dalian, investigation of the Jia musi. The data collected by the use of factor analysis of occupation self-concept and occupation identity of college counselors structure.Using the method of variance analysis to understand the current situation of college counselors occupation identity, occupation self-concept and occupation burnout, and using correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and structural equation model to explore the relationship of college counselors occupation identity, occupation self-concept and occupation burnout of the three.The results showed:(1)The "college counselor occupation Self-concept Questionnaire" has good reliability and validity.(2) The "university instructor occupation identity questionnaire" has good reliability and validity.(3) College counselors in different age have significant differences in occupation self-concept total score.(4) College counselors gender differences in emotional exhaustion and be cynical dimension; different age of College Counselors in self-acceptance, interpersonal relationship, the role of identity, low sense of achievement, be cynical differences; college counselors in different teaching professional competence, self-acceptance, job satisfaction, role identity, occupation values, emotional exhaustion, be cynical dimension differences; college counselors with different marital status on job satisfaction, sense of belonging, occupation accomplishment is low, be cynical dimension difference.(5) There is a significant correlation between college instructor occupation identity, occupation self-concept and occupation burnout two two.(6) College instructor occupation identity has negative effect on occupation burnout, occupation self-concept has negative effect on occupation burnout.(7) Application of structural equation model to test the mediating effect of occupation self-concept significantly influence on occupation burnout, occupation identification is achieved in part through the intermediary role of occupation self-concept. On the basis of empirical research, this study uses the theory of occupation identity, occupation self-concept and occupation burnout from the occupation, identity and occupation self-concept angle provides the strategy to reduce the occupation burnout of university counselors, in order to enhance the occupation identity of college counselors, reduce the occupation burnout, improve work efficiency, increase the working enthusiasm.
