Referring to the fact that the continual education training pattern of present Middle school teacher in Luzhou City is too single, the pressure of training organ is too heavy, training effect is not ideal and that the burden of teachers is too heavy, this article puts an analysis on the present state of middle school teachers' continual education in Luzhou City with the ways of investigation, experience-conclusion and literature and other research ways. At the same time, using training pattern concerned about internal and external teachers' training education, especially the research achievement of inner-school training pattern, combining the reality and insufficiency of the present continual education training of Luzhou city, and poses the concrete operation strategies of stratified implementation of inner-school training referring to the present of the big discrepancy among middle school teachers in Luzhou city.In the article, it divides the 220 middle schools of Luzhou City into schools of self-determination and schools of self-determination. On the basis of classification research achievement of internal and external teachers, in combination with the present state of middle school teachers in Luzhou city, it divides the 14571 middle school teachers of the total city into 'novice teachers', 'skilled hand teachers' and 'expert teachers', and poses different operation strategies on the form, contents, recourses exploration and time of inner-school training according to the traits of different kind of schools and demand of different level of teachers.In 'Schools of self-determination', teachers have good basic quality and comparatively perfect knowledge structure.
