Research And Rethinking On The Modern Articles Reading Test In College Entrance Examination

The modern articles reading test is one of the important sections in the college entrance examination of the Chinese subject. It has been more than 20 years since the modern articles reading test was introduced in the college entrance examination of the Chinese subject. The research focuses on the modern articles reading test of the Chinese subject in the recent 20 years. Based on the analysis of issues such as the selection range of reading test materials, reading ability and the examination patterns of the modern articles reading test in the past 20 years, the author found out that there were some limitations of the modern articles reading tests of the Chinese subject. The author compared the advantages and disadvantages of subjective, objective and restrictive examination patterns and put forward that the subjective questions should be developed to a large extent. The author also suggests the ways of reconstructing the reading ability and the training of thinking.
