The Exploration On The Cultivating Model Of Postgraduates Majoring In Higher Education

This thesis focuses on exploring our country's higher education cultivating model for postgraduates. By using the reference of advanced cultivating models from abroad, this thesis reforms the traditional Chinese cultivating model and establishes a new set of cultivating model.The thesis is composed of five sections. The first section introduces the study value, current status, related definitions, research methods, emphasis, difficulties and innovations of the study. The second section presents the origin, development of higher education and its talents cultivating models. The third section, by comparing the cultivating model of postgraduates majoring in higher education in the U.S.A and Aalborg University in Denmark, sums up strong points and defects of the two models and provides references to the cultivating model in China. Through several researching methods, such as questionnaires and visits, etc., the research current status on this topic is described in the forth section. On the basis of the four sections, the last section of the thesis constructs a new cultivating model on postgraduates majoring in higher education.
