Modern sprint skills pay attention to the relaxation of muscles in running, especially the rhyme and coherent relationship between the shrinkage and relaxation of muscles in the process of running. With the development and improvement in modern sprint, the skills of sprinters have been increasingly improved and more conforming to the principles of anatomy, physiology and exercises biomechanics, accomplishing motions in the most effective and economical way. The high coordination of the whole body and relaxation of muscles are the foundation of accomplishing motions economically, frugally and effectively. The position of muscle relaxation in modern sprint has been attached great importance by experts home and aboard. However, according to the internal materials on sprint training, most experts and coaches have realized the importance of relaxing skills in sprint but some of them pay little attention to it and lack rich experience and effective means on how to develop the athletes' relaxation ability. Because of some misunderstanding for the ability of muscle relaxation, some coaches just focus on skills training but neglect the role of special strength in relaxing muscles. Some coaches also ignore the relaxing activities after training, especially after strength training. In this way, muscle inflexibility will take place in the process of sprint and the pliability, flexibility, and coordination will be affected. Then the skills will be distorted. This paper attempts to fix on some qualification of body quality closely related to 100-meter score through various materials. Then we have tow months' tracing research regarding 16 sprinters as the research object. The result shows: The motions and skills of the sprinters have been improved in a short period; the sprinters' body qualities, such as pliability, coordination, and flexibility, especially the special strength, have been developed; the score of 100-meter has been greatly increased; athletes can not only further sense their own skills but also distribute their energy reasonably, so that the anxiety mood before competition have been greatly improved, thus the means applied in our research will contribute to the training of sprinters by teachers and coaches and ensuring their accomplishment of the training task and achievement of competition .
