Purpose:Comparing the effect of the majoring ability of sprinters' lower limbs on conventional strength training with vibrational strength training.Researching on effective training methods for improving majoring ability of lower limbs of sprinters.Method: Dividing equally 16 male sprinters into a experimental group(N=8)and a control group(N=8).The control group adopt the conventional strength training method: The group inner loops are weight-bearing squats and weight-bearing squat jumps.The experimental group adopt the vibrational strength training method: The group inner loops are same as the control group's.Both trainings conduct three times a week,totaling 8 weeks.Testing the data of sprinters of 1RM squats,30 meters Sprints,squat jumps and anaerobic capacity at a week before the training and a week after the training.Result: After eight weeks of training interventions,the experiment group that adopt vibrational strength training method has achieved significant improvements on the date of 1RM squats and 30 meters Sprints(P<0.01)which the control group that adopt the conventional strength training method also has(P<0.05).There is no remarkable difference between the two groups' date(P>0.05).The vibrational strength training group's date amplification are higher than the conventional strength training group's;Both groups' height date of squat jumps and anaerobic power peak have powerincreased significantly.There is no remarkable difference between the two groups' date(P>0.05).The vibrational strength training group's date amplification are higher than the conventional strength training group's.Both groups' non-oxygen work power decreasing rate have reduced.But there is no remarkable difference(P>0.05).The conventional strength training group's decreasing amplitude is lager than the vibrational strength training group's.Conclusion:1.The vibrational strength training can significantly improve the performance of 30 meters Sprints of sprinters.It proves that the vibrational strength training can effectively improve the majoring ability of sprinters.The vibrational strength training also can be treated as a approach that can improve the majoring ability of sprinters.2.The vibrational strength training can significantly improve the date of 1RM squats.It proved that the vibrational strength can effectively improve max power of sprinters.3.The vibrational strength training can improve the height of squat jumps and non-oxygen work power decreasing rate on a certain extent,but there is no remarkable difference after training.It proves that the vibrational strength training can limitedly improve speed,power and stamina.
