Based on the in-depth analysis of the technical and tactical characteristics of the sport of basketball and on the criticism of predecessors' researches, this study focused on the differences of strategic accuracy and movement speed that different levels of basketball players make. Using sports training and sports psychology research ideas and analyzing the different characteristics of eye movement during basketball players' strategy-making, the author identified the differences of strategic accuracy and movement speed that different levels of basketball players make. On the basis of the nature of differences, the author proposed a training model on sport strategies and proved the effectiveness of the training mode! by a teaching experiment. The study has been designed into an experiment and a teaching experiment: the experiment is a mixed design of 3(level of player) × 2(gender) × 2(scene pictures). Level of players and gender are variables between groups, and the scene pictures are variables within same groups. The three groups of players are: high-level group, medium-level group, and low-level group; the two levels of scene pictures are complex scene pictures and simple scene pictures; the 90 experiment participants are basketball majored athletes from School of Sports, non-basketball majored college students from School of Sports, and college students from School of Mathematics, 30 experiment participants in every group; the experiment equipment is Model 504 Eye Tracking System which was developed by the Applied Science Laboratories in the United States. As for the teaching experiment, 60 players that they were chose randomly from three levels of basketball, 20 players in every group, will be randomly divided into two groups, one is experimental group, and the other is control group. Different teachings will be conducted for all the participants for four months. A training model on sport strategies will be conducted for the experimental group, and a normal training model will be conducted for the control group. A multi-factor analysis of variance is applied to analyze the results of the experiment and the teaching experiment. Based on data analysis, the following conclusions are drawn:1. When the different levels of basketball players stare at different levels of scene pictures,...
