Modern basketball movement development in the direction of the antagonism is stronger,frequent running,jumping,incentives rob to court with a higher standard,so the sports injury occurred more often.Colleges and universities as the talent of education high quality organic carrier,in the aspect of development of competitive sports has the congenital advantage.How to find the body of the sports injury,however,weak links,and how to improve and strengthen the weak links,and avoid the occurrence of sports injury,become one of hot topics in today's college basketball.Objective: to study the personalized body function training of Hebei college basketball player action screening results the influence of the function,and explore the lowest score the causes of project and improve the way.Methods: this research USES the literature material method and experimental method of Hebei college basketball player.Literature mainly query body function training program examples;Experimental method,the recruit 20 national normal university basketball athletes in Hebei,the function action screening rate of the subjects of people,and,according to the results of the grading reference successful body function training plan,personal design suitable for 20 basketball player body function training plan.Exercise intervention cycle for 8 weeks,exercise intervention three times a week,including 1-3 weeks for the learning phase,4-6 weeks to improve phase,seven to eight weeks to consolidate stage.Each phase in 1 week to set suitable for personal movement scheme.Exercise intensity gradually increased at the same time,follow the principle of coordination principle and individualized commonness and personalized training action choice.Exercise intervention on 60 minutes,15 minutes of warm-up exercises for 10 minutes,common training,personality training for 25 minutes,relax for 10 minutes.After eight weeks of personalized body function training,screening for the second function,record the score and total score.Results:(1)Before the personalized body functions,20 basketball player function screening averaged 12.9 ± 1.68 points,in which two subjects scored the highest,for 16 points.1 the subjects scored lowest for 10 points.Has the greatest number 12 points and scored 13 points,5 people,accounting for 50% of the total number of tests.14 points(including 14 points)number for 6 people,accounting for 30% of the total number of test;Did not reach 14 points for the number of 70% of the total.Seven functional tests,partitioning the highest score of the shoulder active action,scored 2.50 points.Push-ups project scored an average of 2.35 points,ranked second.The squat and bar across the lower score,1.45 and 1.55 respectively.(2)For a period of eight weeks after the personalized body function training,20 basketball player function screening to an average of 14.7 ±1.34.1 participant's lowest scoring 12 points.Most scored 14 points,seven people,accounting for 35% of the total number of tests.14 points(including 14 points)number of 17 people,accounting for 85% of the total number of test;Did not reach 14 points for the number of 15% of the total.Seven functional tests,divide the highest score is still shoulder active action,scored 2.75 points.Push-ups project scored an average of 2.50 points,ranked second,across the column frame and body rotation stability scored an average of 1.95 points.(3)For 8 weeks personalization is statistical analysis function score before and after the training that there was very significant difference(p < 0.01);8 weeks personalization FMS scores were increased after the training,among them,the squat,hurdle across,4 items of shoulder flexibility and body rotation stability test results compared with before exercise intervention,show significant difference(p < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Before the personalized body functions,20 national normal university,He bei province basketball player function screening results score is lower,the squat and bar across the lowest score,prone to knee joint injuries.(2)Personalized body function training,20 national normal university,He bei province basketball player function screening results score rise,among them,the squat,hurdle cross,shoulder flexibility and body stability of four test results compared with before exercise intervention,show significant differences,not prone to injuries.(3)Personalized body function training on 20 national normal university basketball athletes in He bei province in terms of seven function action screening results,play a positive role,level of physical function was improved.
