As teacher's traditional knowledge idea having put little emphasis on teacher individual practice knowledge, the model and means of teacher education haven't gained expected effect. Only in improving to form teacher individual practice knowledge, can teacher education get satisfactory effect. Although some theory researchers have already noticed teacher unique characteristic of cognition in education and teaching and regarded teacher practice knowledge as a starting point to seek teacher professional sovereignty, its cultivating has not channel into formal teacher education institution yet owing to people knowing little about teacher individual practice knowledge. To some extent, the research of teacher practice knowledge is isolated and the research with teacher professional development and teacher education only lay on stating theory, and the important circumstance to forming teacher practice knowledge---classroom teaching---has fewer study, and the research which is at the basis of individual case from a empirical perspective in real education setting is really little. The key to the essay is qualitative research of teacher individual practice knowledge. The author explored the specific expression form and the meaning of teacher explaining about teacher practice knowledge in classroom by various materials,at the same time,analyzed the characters,compositions and the forming way of the teacher's practice knowledge.The author adopted a method ---qualitative research, which is becoming more and more important at present. With this method, the researcher must enter the real teaching circumstances to explore the happening, and must work with teacher, and must experience something personally that happened in teacher'teaching .At last, the researcher and the teacher reach resonance.
