Vocational Burnout belongs to one of the occupational diseases which occurs to the teachers more often. Vocational Burnout can affect the teachers and students both in body and mind so badly that We have to do some deeper study about it.We have revised Maslach Burnout Inventory.By testing,it is proved to be more reliable and practical.We have made an investigation with the revised inventory to the junior teachers in Chaoyang.The result shows that:(1)Junior teachers got higher emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment scores but depersonalization scores are lower.(2)Females teachers of emotional exhaustion are higher than the males'.But there are no obvious differences on personal accomplishment and depersonalization .(3)Teachers of different teaching have different degree of personal accomplishment and depersonalization.Males with in 5 years of teaching activities and females with 11-15 years in junior schools are easily suffering from Vocational Burnout.(4)The emotional exhaustion and depersonalization are different because of the type of schools.(5)Subject,headmaster,technical title,income and record of schooling are equivalent to Vocational Burnout.At last,according to the investigation and analysis ,We bring up the tactics of lessening the Vocational Burnout.
