During the postwar fifty years, education in Thailand has been furbished, neatened and developed. It affluxes strong power into the development of economy and society in Thailand and played an important role in the country. After entering the WTO, especially experiencing the Asian Financial Crisis, the economy and society in Thailand has suffered more intense opportunities and challenges. Moreover, the process of educational internationalization has mended its pace. Therefore, high education in Thailand should reform according to the change of economy and society. There are various factors that can influence high education in Thailand. The article takes the administrative management system as a starting point in colleges to reform high education, which can meet the demand of talents in colleges according to the change of economy and society in Thailand.The research object in the article is Wulongtani Normal University. It is located in Wulongtani Province in the northeast of Thailand. The university takes a great responsibility on training talents for the development of economy and society in the province. After the Asian Financial Crisis, the government requires the university to take measures to reform talent training, administrative management system, and so on. As a result, it can serve the development of economy and society in Wulongtani better. The article makes use of the methods of survey and literary to analyze and research the administrative management system in Wulongtani Normal University. Moreover, it gives some advice to solve the problems in the system and hope to help to further develop Wulongtani Normal University.
