Study On Collegestudents' Career Plan

This thesis studies the occupational planning of university students which also includes the early period after their graduation. It uses the theories and methods of vocational guidance, psychology and pedagogics home and abroad for reference; it begins with the consideration of basic concepts, and vocational choosing and developing theories, and then it reveals the theoretical basis of university students' occupational planning; it analyzes the self-cognization, occupational knowledge, vocational choosing capacity and the occupational planning's implementation of university students; it also regards the occupational planning as a dynamic, coherent and complete process so that it can improves university students' cognitive competence, vocational choosing and decision-making capacity and their knowledge of occupational planning theories, and at the same time, it can also provides new paths and methods for university students' vocational development. This thesis achieves three goals.
