The new curriculum standard of moral education in secondary vocational schools points out that secondary vocational students should set up correct career outlook and career goal,improve their comprehensive professional quality,love labor,advocate practice and contribute to society.In this context,experience teaching is concerned,which is of great significance to improve the teaching quality and promote the comprehensive development of students.Although experience teaching has been applied in many schools,theories have been improved and formed to a certain system,most of them focus on high school courses.Few studies have been conducted on moral education courses in secondary vocational schools,especially career planning.This study takes the research of experience teaching application of career planning in secondary vocational schools as an example and discuss it.It combines theory with practice,explores the implementation of experience teaching,and proposes relevant strategies from different perspectives to improve teaching efficiency.This paper discusses the basic concept,teaching status,reasons and improvement measures of experience teaching of career planning in secondary vocational schools.The main body of this paper is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is the basic overview of experience teaching.Based on Marxist theory,humanistic theory and theory,experience teaching has a profound connotation,which is characterized by the experiential subject's experience,the generation of experience emotion and the interaction of experience content.The second part is about the necessity of applying experience teaching in career planning.In the new era,the new curriculum reform requires the career planning course to implement experience teaching.In order to stimulate students' learning interest,highlight students' dominant position and cultivate students' innovation ability,it is necessary to implement experience teaching in the course of career planning.The third part is the current situation analysis of experience teaching in vocational career planning course.Through investigation,the experience teaching of career planning course in secondary vocational schools has achieved certain results,but some problems still exist: some teachers have insufficient understanding of experience teaching,and teaching is formalized;Student participation is not much enough,and their main status is not prominent;Excessive pursuit of classroom atmosphere and abuse of the situation still remains;The evaluation method is single,and the evaluation of experience results is not timely.The causes of these problems include both teachers and students.The fourth part is the effective coping strategy of experience teaching in career planning.First,we should follow the basic principle of the experience teaching in career planning.Second,the paper states the use of diverse forms of experience and experience teaching in career planning and the main steps in class.Third,it focuses on improving teachers' comprehensive quality,enriching evaluation system,and establishing complete set of evaluation mechanism.The fifth part,it takes the lesson "correct understanding of employment" in career planning as an example,and design experience teaching in class.
