Vocational High School is a school that carries out secondary vocational education.They recruit students who have graduated from junior secondary school or have obtained an equivalent qualification at junior secondary school.The duration of schooling is three years.The school is charged with the main task of training first-line workers for enterprises and society.It has a clear employment orientation.While Teaching Students High School Cultural Knowledge,according to the requirements of professional post to students targeted professional skills and professional ethics training.However,in recent years,the blind employment and job-hopping of Wuyuan senior vocational school graduates have occurred from time to time,which is closely related to the development dilemma of school career Planning Education.This article is based on<Vocational Education Law of the People's Republic of China>and<Some suggestions on further strengthening the work of the vocational education>.In order to meet the demand of society and enterprises for talents,this paper,based on the investigation of the current teaching situation in Wuyuan senior vocational middle schools,this paper makes a preliminary study on the current career planning education in vocational high schools.The main body of this paper is divided into four parts.The first part defines the connotation of career and career planningeducation,and expounds the importance of career planning education from three aspects: Society,school and students.The author holds that the education of career planning is helpful for students to choose and get employment correctly,to improve the matching degree of personnel and jobs,to the reasonable allocation and virtuous circle of the talent market,and to the needs of society.At the same time,students' reasonable career planning and high-quality employment can promote the sustainable development of the school.In the second part,based on the current teaching situation of career planning in Wuyuan senior vocational middle schools,the author designs a questionnaire for students and conducts interviews and surveys with school management and ordinary teachers,this paper explores the current problems in the education of students' career planning.In the third part,based on the statistical analysis of the survey data of senior vocational middle schools in Wuyuan,the author puts forward some problems existing in the current vocational high school career planning education.It is mainly reflected in the following: First,in carrying out career planning education in vocational high schools,there is a lack of overall planning and organizational confusion;Second,the classroom teaching and practical teaching of career planning education are not in-depth,and the assessment mechanism is not sound,it leads to poor teaching results;third,students show ideological and cognitive biasin the education of career planning;fourth,teachers are weak in the education of school career planning,the above-mentioned factors affect the development of career planning education in vocational high schools,and the effectiveness of education is difficult to be guaranteed.The fourth part,in view of the problems existing in the vocational high school students' vocational career planning education,probes into the path and countermeasures suitable for the development of vocational high school career planning education.This paper mainly analyzes and explores the following aspects: First,starting from the overall plan of career planning education,designing the organizational framework and strengthening the leadership and management;Second,carrying out the teaching plan by stages in the course system construction,innovative training methods to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of education;third,to strengthen students' professional cognition and master the methods of career planning in terms of subject cognition;fourth,to advocate the way of school-enterprise cooperation in training teachers and the introduction of outstanding talents,strengthening the Faculty of the school.Based on the investigation of career planning education in Wuyuan senior vocational middle schools,this paper puts forward a feasible and effective strategy of career planning education in view of the existing problems,it provides the scientific reference for the vocational high school to improve the related work,and also has the certain modelfunction to other secondary vocational schools.
