Recently,the education and research of College Students' career planning has caused widespread concern in society,and it was important factor that influenced peoples' career mental health and career development.On the other hand,it is one of the main problems for higher occupational college students' learning motivation improvement and learning efficiency advancement.It is generally believed that interest and choice in major and students' learning attitude and learning effect was affected by the level of career planning ability.Then,whether it can promote the improvement of their learning motivation through improve their professional career planning ability for higher occupational college students.This paper included two studies,and we applied the questionnaire of college student's career planning and the questionnaire of college student's learning motivation investigated 224 higher occupational college students in the first study,and compared the current situation of the career planning ability and learning motivation between different genders,different family sources and different majors.On the basis the first study,we applied the group psychology counseling to interrupt experimental group's career planning ability,and explored the effect of group psychology counseling on the learning motivation through compared the development of experimental group's or controlled group's.The results showed in the first study that:(1)There was no difference in the career planning ability between male and female,but there were great different in the evaluation and adjustment dimension of career planning ability between different majors,different family sources.(2)There was no difference in the level of learning motivation between different family sources,but there were significant different in the material pursuing dimension of learning motivation between male and female,different majors.(3)There was significant positive correlation between the career planning ability and the learning motivation,and the learning motivation was influenced by the career planning abilityThe results showed in the second study that there were significant difference between experimental group and controlled group in the career actions,the career exploring,the evaluation and adjustment dimension and the career decision.On the other hand,there were significant differences between experimental group and controlled group in the little group orientation dimension of learning motivation.These results indicated that the learning motivation was influenced greatly by the career planning ability for higher occupational college students,while the learning motivation was improved by group psychology counseling for the career planning ability.But it is worth noting that the effect of the group counseling of students career planning was different for the different dimensions of learning motivation,and it affected obviously the little group orientation dimension of learning motivation,but there was no effect on the social orientation.So it should be noted that the cultivating of social duty and dedication during the development of the learning motivation through improving of students career planning.
