Chinese Communist Center and the state council of the People's Republic of China give their views about improving and changing teenagers' ideological moral education, which says it is an important and urgent strategy to improve and change teenagers' ideological and moral education. So we should ensure that Chinese Communist Party has its own successors and socialism can be prosperous. The whole process should base on the people, by the people and for the people to do them, such as fully building comfortable society, realizing the whole Chinese national rejuvenate, setting up and implement scientifical development views. All of these can fully help us understand and improve the importance and urgency about teenagers' ideological moral education to fit the new surroundings and to be ready to do what happens and to strengthen the weak aspects. Based on what we have achieved, we should take the good measures to broaden teenagers' ideological moral education. To counter the changes from the planned economy to market economy, the teenagers' or middle school students' morality level falls. So the ways and methods to research and improve the effect of the students' morality is the topic to be strengthened and solved for the middle school history teaching. In the article, it givers its deep research under the Marxism guide.Based on the morality contents and others in the middle school history teaching , the author researches more about the possibility and advantages of the morality infiltration on high school history teaching, about the function of high school history teaching at home and abroad , and about the subject and object reasons of teenagers' moral education .Then, connecting the domestic and foreign morality reform and practice of middle school history teaching and our domestic new curriculum reform theory, he gives his own views about the contents and ways of high school history morality infiltration and about the measures of improving the weak points. That is to strengthen the social practice and main idea of ideological moral education , to develop the whole function of morality in history teaching, to deal with the relationship between historical materialism and historical morality education, to understand the spirits of new curriculum reform and the new standard of high school history curriculum, to change principles of history teaching , to reform the teaching material, to strengthen the teachers' training and to build the new kind of high school history teaching methods . All that is mentioned above can effectively improve the morality efforts of high school history teaching and can serve the society perfectly.
