The Effective Use Of Historical Pictures In Middle School History Teaching

So under the background of the new curriculum reform, teachers must attention to historical pictures in middle school history classroom teaching, strengthen the research of historical illustrations, so as to guide the students to master the method of middle school history, giving play to its important auxiliary function in teaching.Reasonable application of pictures can narrow the distance between history and reality. Pictures as a kind of intuitive, novel teaching resources, can effectively arouse students’ learning interest, through the interpretation of historical pictures, information and exploring behind the story, and thus lead to students’ thinking of history deeply, the formation of emotional attitude and values.The college entrance examination in recent years, the comprehensive history examination questions of a prominent change is rich picture questions, which not only embodies the breadth of historiography, the paper illustrated, vivid and lively. Most of the pictures appeared in the entrance exam to rely on the contents of the materials, and some even directly from the textbook.
