Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform in 2007, the biggest change in the history textbook of middle school is illustrated with many illustrations.Image is an important part of history teaching material, but also an indispensable historical materials. Its image, vivid, intuitive way to express rich historical information, the complicated historical phenomenon in the illustrations to text cannot substitute role. So under the background of the new curriculum reform, teachers must attention to historical pictures in middle school history classroom teaching, strengthen the research of historical illustrations, so as to guide the students to master the method of middle school history, giving play to its important auxiliary function in teaching.Reasonable application of pictures can narrow the distance between history and reality. Pictures as a kind of intuitive, novel teaching resources, can effectively arouse students’ learning interest, through the interpretation of historical pictures, information and exploring behind the story, and thus lead to students’ thinking of history deeply, the formation of emotional attitude and values.The college entrance examination in recent years, the comprehensive history examination questions of a prominent change is rich picture questions, which not only embodies the breadth of historiography, the paper illustrated, vivid and lively. Most of the pictures appeared in the entrance exam to rely on the contents of the materials, and some even directly from the textbook. This change also gives us the usual history of learning and review with profound implications.According to my observation, it is found that, from the new curriculum reform after the first year of college entrance examination (2007) to 2015 year college entrance examination, nearly nine years throughout the history of the college entrance examination examination paper topic relates to the historical picture of the problem more and more, both multiple-choice questions, and material analysis question. After the author of the annual national 14 sets, a total of 126 sets history college entrance examination paper detailed statistics, that picture of the history of problem more and more, is also getting higher and higher proportion; drawing pictures, wide source, not limited to textbooks.Most of the pictures appeared in the college entrance examination on the teaching content based on, with some slight changes to be used, and some even directly selected from in textbooks; graphic and seconds, visual and lively. In addition to show the picture of the history and the appropriate text explanation, interpretation of historical pictures of the text will appear in the title, we also from find historical information, analyze answer; investigation method and means is in constant change, multiple-choice questions, materials, charts, comics, topic map.Therefore, it is a requirement that teachers should change the idea, pay attention to the status of the historical pictures in the textbook, and pay attention to the flexible use of the history pictures in the examination. The textbook illustrations, not only pay attention to historical pictures, but also attach importance to the historical picture text beside supplement explanation.
