Teachers are essential factors to the development of education. With the development of school-based professional development theory, many researchers focus on how to develop teachers on the basis of schools theoretically and practically. Few researches pay attention to the comprehensive utilization of all school-based professional development strategies. It is proved that various strategies can promote teachers' professional development. This paper tries to analyze how to develop teachers effectively with the comprehensive utilization of various school-based professional development strategies.This paper makes a case study on the teachers of Liushao middle school. Based on the introduction of professional development process and strategies, the paper analyzes how teachers in liushao middle school developed, trying to give some references for other rural school teachers.Data and information were collected mainly by means of interview, observation, and literature review.This paper includes five sections.The first section is the introduction of school-based professional development theory, literature review and research methods.The second section introduces the background of the school-based professional development in Liushao middle school.The third section makes a view on the situation of school-based professional development in Liushao middle school.The fourth section makes an analysis on the characteristics and...
