Research On BaoJi' Rural Education And Its Model

Rural education is the key to practice the policy that science and education can progress a country,and the key to heighten the standard of rural people. Countries in the world have made developing rural education to ameliorate rural unmodern. The research of education model is the vivid and objective demonstration and description to the program of school after investigating social development and effecting fashion. There are a lot of thesis covering rural education and its model. This thesis put the theory of rural education of outworld and inworld as the basic,Classifying rural education,pointing out the existence of Baoji'rural education and feedbacks,learning from success of rural education model, set up Baoji'rural education model. The article includes six parts.Chapter one,which is the part of introduction,explains the research background and purpose,and briefly reviews the internal control research in home and aboard. It also clearly purposes the research approach and the ways of thinking,and puts forward some possible innovations.Chapter two firstly points out that rural education is the regional education which existing in rural parts,making rural people the object,giving service to social burgeon. Secondly,I classify rural education and make contrast between rural educational conceptions, and point out that rural ecuation in this thesis is a big word. I classify it from the keypoint that to and in it. It includes rural basic education, rural professional education, and rural teacher's education and so on. Finally,I tell some other relative conception on rural education, such as rural human resources,rural community education and lifelong education.Chapter three tells that Baoji'rural education programs well. But there are some problems on rural foundation education,rural professional education, rural teachers'education and rural funds.Chapter four firstly tells the notion,present situation and characteristics of German'Dual education model,England'new teachers'train model,and Shandong province'rural professional education paten. Secondly I points out the inspiration of Baoji'developing rural professional education and teacher induction train model.Chapter five firstly analyzes Baoji'rural long-distance education model, which exploits its advantages to the full,but still contains some problems.
