The disadvantaged students in class are easily seen in the school. Conflict is one of the social interactions that occur frequently between them. This article discusses the disadvantaged students in class and conflict by means of both questionnaire and theoretic analysis together and confirms the guide line: study achievement, personal communication, family background. The author analyzes the conflict between the disadvantaged students in class and teachers,the disadvantaged students in class and the advantaged students in class and among the disadvantaged students themselves, to sum up two conflict features of the disadvantaged students in class: alone and destructive. Then the author gives some suggestion as following: concern the disadvantaged students and convert them; increase chance of intercourse to develop their ability of communication; carry on conflict education to avoid the bad influence; strengthen cooperation between family and school to form a kind of harmonious education power.
