Teachers and students are the two most important elements in the school education teaching process, The junior middle school period is the key to the middle school students’ physical and mental development. The conflict between teachers and students class conflict in Junior middle school stage has a certain universal, it can directly affects the improvement of education quality of teaching, to the approach, method and effect of these conflicts will give the improvement of teaching quality of school education and junior high school students have great influence healthy development of body and mind; For junior high school classroom correct understanding and scientific grasp of the processing, the conflict between teachers and students can contribute to the orderly conduct of junior high school classroom teaching, and enhance the teaching quality and help students’ physical and mental health development.At present,the research on the conflict between teachers and students is mainly about the total stage of middle school or University stage, but the research to the junior middle school stage is separately less. On the basis of previous research and empirical research, this paper will divided the conflict between teachers and students of junior middle school in class into two aspects: psychological conflict and behavior conflict.This is a case study which selected A Junior Middle School of Nanchang City,In the literature review on the basis of the classroom observation method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, and so on, try to write this paper from psychological conflict and behavior conflict aspects, in order to survey the current situation of conflicts between teachers and students in class. Describe the specific performance of the conflict, the two aspects of the types, typical conflict carries on the induction and the summary. Then, by using a self-designed questionnaire of the junior high school teachers and students were investigated, draws the following conclusions:1. Through exploratory factor analysis, class conflicts between teachers and students in junior high school is divided into the specific dimensions: the ideological understanding conflict, emotional conflict, values conflict, and the general behavior conflict and confrontation behavior conflict.2. The A school class conflict between teachers and students in middle school, there was a significant difference between the teachers and students groups, students groups mean 3.52, significantly larger than the mean value of 3.16 groups of teachers.3. The A school of junior middle school classroom teacher-student conflict levels of all dimensions, ideological understanding, emotion and general conflict behavior is significant difference.4. The A school of conflict between teachers and students in classroom of junior middle school students have significant differences in different age.5. The A school of conflict between teachers and students in classroom of junior middle school students have significant differences in different sex, grade.Finally, the author from two resolving measures aspects: classification to dissolve and comprehensive transformation which are corresponding to put forward for the relief of the current situation of the conflict between teachers and students at A school junior high school.
