Since 1990s', the classroom has been regarded as the main breakthrough of the teaching reform. The classroom becomes a hot topic of contemporary international education research all over the world. From the angle of culture, the process of classroom reform means the clash and fusion of old and new classroom culture. Whether or not the classroom reform achieves substantial breakthrough relies on suitable growing environment provided by classroom culture. In this sense, classroom reform also means the transformation and reshaping of classroom culture. Therefore, in the stage of deepening development classroom reform, the classroom culture, as the basic background of classroom teaching, must be within vision of our research. The paper discloses the connotation and feathers of classroom culture through the exploration of classroom culture and related theories. Based on the above analysis, the relationships between classroom culture and classroom teaching as well as the development of students are also clearly pointed out. Then, it suggests reconstructing a new type of classroom culture which has a value orientation of backing to life world, promoting the generating of wisdom, communication, cooperation and exploring through the analyses of the problems existed in traditional classroom culture and considering reality of current basic education reform in China. Lastly, the paper analyses concretely the attainment path of the reconstruction of the classroom culture, which embodies as follows: Firstly, we should change the concepts of education and set up theory foundation of reconstruction of classroom culture. Secondly, in order to establish a reasonable platform for reconstruction of classroom culture, classroom culture community must be built. Thirdly, we should enhance the research of classroom so as to find out efficient ways of reconstruction of classroom culture. Finally, evaluation system should be improved so that the reconstruction of classroom culture can be ensured.
