It's been over three years since the curriculum reform began in primary and middle schools in China, during which many new things have come about, many new ideas have been put forward as well. However, there exists some new problems, including how to deal with the relationship between new theories of the curriculum reform and the pracitical classroom teaching. And this is the most important problem. As it is known to all, curriculum reform is the main conntent of quality education, and the new curriculum is mainly applied through classroom teaching in schools. Therefore, we should try to handle the relationship correctly, otherwise we may found ourselves in a woeful predicament.What kind of classroom teaching do we want? How can we improve our new classroom teaching, avoiding any formalism? These are important problems for educators to do much further research. This essay, socialogically, is trying to explain the concept of the classroom culture, its main characteristics and its decisive factors. This essay inculdes the present situation of classroom polictics teaching in schools, from which the author tries to reflect the problems in traditonal classroom teaching, and the cultural conflicts in it. Basing on the thoeries mentioned above, this author puts forward the following hypothesis for reconstucting the classroom culture:1. Create a communicative square for the students to exchange their ideas—construction of spritual culture in classroom.2. Motivate the students to take part in the activities in class—constructon of action culture in classroom.3. Build a broad bridge with life—construction of space-time culture in classroom.
