Research On The Evaluation Of Quality Management In The Practicing Of Physical Education In The College

The practicing of Physical Education is an important part of the teaching plan of sport colleges, which is an index to the evaluation of teaching quality. The management of the practice quality can improve the quality of P.E teaching. The whole quality management process is the evaluation's object in the practicing of Physical Education. Based on the social values and criteria, it makes value assessments on the quality planning, organization, practice and control. It finds the failures and gaps in the quality management in Physical Education's practice.Firstly, this thesis analyses the possibilities and necessities of practicing the evaluation on the quality management in the practicing of Physical Education.Secondly,it analyses the elements,values, functions, modes, nature and design of the evaluation. Thirdly, it points out that the value in the modern education is the ideas of Quality Education,the basic curriculum reforms of P.E,professionalization of P.E teacher,the career education. Fourthly, it designs an evaluation system with AHP. Finally, it clearly and definitely points out that the realization of the evaluation of quality management in the practicing of Physical Education's function depends on a series of guaranteeing measures in the process of practice.
