Research On The Comprehensive Quality Evaluation System Of Masters Of Physical Education And Training

The education of Masters of Physical education and training is the important component of the training of sports postgraduates.they are the important support of effective force to improve the country’s sports,talents teaching quality and training levels,and promote national fitness sports science.With China’s rapid economic development, the constantly improvement in the material and cultural level of people,“National Fitness Project”in-depth development,as well as Beijing’s successful 2008 Olympic Games bid,the quality of Masters of Physical education and training should reach to a new,higher requirements.In order to ensure the quality of education of Masters of Physical education and training,enhance the quality of them,it is necessary for us to build a scientific and rational comprehensive quality Evaluation system of Masters of Physical Education and Training.In this paper,the training of graduate physical education overall quality of the definition of structure and characteristics were analyzed on the basis of the analysis of quality,the structure of quality,quality evaluation with sports education and training of postgraduate training objectives,On this basis,using literature,expert interviews, Analytical Hierarchy Process and multi-level evaluation of fuzzy math to build a comprehensive quality Evaluation system of Masters of Physical Education and Training.It is wished to provide the theoretical and practical basis for the future in-depth study.The research conclusion of this article is as follow:1.The comprehensive quality of Masters of Physical Education and Training means a suit of integrated whole including the relative stability of the basic inherent quality,quality and capability,it is improved with the accumulation of their own study and practice activities in the university and postgraduate education on the basis of their inherent quality. 2.The comprehensive quality Evaluation of Masters of Physical Education and Training is to collect information in learning,living,research and other activity areas that can reflect the quality and characterization of Masters of Physical Education and Training,then to make the comprehensive evaluation and judgement according to these information.3.Making comprehensive evaluation to Masters’quality of Physical Education and Training is conducive to achieving the education goal of Masters of Physical Education and Training,to improving the quality of Masters of Physical Education and Training.It is very necessary and feasible to construct a suit of overall quality evaluation index system of Masters of Physical Education and Training.4.The index system includ elements system including 5 indexs of grade one,14 indexs of grade two,43 indexs of grade three,the weights of the various appraisal elements and the standard evaluation system of elements jointly constitute the independent system.5.In this paper,learn from the past,building a fuzzy assessment mathematical model of the comprehensive quality of Masters of Physical Education and Training.
