The study aims to explore an effective strategy in teaching-learning quality control system, based on the review of researches in this area, the investigation into the research background, the analysis on related theories, and the related research findings. It is hoped that more contributive researches will arise with this study. With a case study in Adult Education College of Shanghai Huawen University, the study analyzes the existing problems in teaching-learning quality control in closely supervise education in the light of quality management in university.The paper, thus, studies closely supervise education quality control and evaluation.The first part elaborates on the research background, aims and objectives. With a literature review, the first part will put forward the research method.The second part analyzes problems in closely supervise education quality control system in the light of the purpose and features of adult education. Since the quality of closely supervise education will be influenced by various factors in teaching process, the only way to establish a sound control system is to have a good analysis about factors influencing teaching-learning quality, and make clear what should be emphasized in quality control system.The third part elaborates on the current development of overall quality control and its related theories and approaches. Some overall quality control ideas and approaches are put forward in this part to promote the quality of adult education.With an analysis of the current situation of adult education quality control, the fourth part first introduces the related concepts, then analyze the theories, and finally look into the case. With the introduction about activities that have been carried out to promote closely supervise education management and quality, the fourth part analyzes various factors, such as teaching team construction, teaching process control, practical teaching, quality control system and quality evaluation. With the analysis, the fourth part puts forward the solutions and measures to promote closely supervise education quality.
