| In order to improve the teaching level and teaching quality of junior grade one. I think the whole teaching procedure must meet the need of each student. Analyzing the individual difference between them , developing each student' s potency and giving full play to their speciality.There are four parts in the article, As follows: Firstly, the individual difference and diversification teaching 1, the concept of the individual difference and diversification teaching; 2,the main aspects of the individual difference in Grade One; 3, the features of the individual difference; 4, the basic reason for the individual difference. 5, the features of the diversification teaching. Secondly, the connection and difference between diversification teaching and associated concept. Which discuss the variousity between diversification teaching and the following traditional teaching patterns: 1, diversification teaching and the teaching to the aptitude of the student ; 2,diversification teaching and individual teaching; 3, diversification teaching and teaching by different level. Thirdly, the necessity and possibility to put politics diversification teaching into practise in Grade 1.Which includes three parts: the necessity is determinded by the students' features like physiology, psychology, knowledgy and morality; 2, by the teaching task in politics; 3, bythe demandence of the new teaching reform "Go for it". Fourthly, the meathods to carry on the diversification teaching .They are: 1, making a harmonious teaching environment; 2,organizing diversification teaching in class; 3,diversification teaching in entracurricular activities;4, controling the work of diversification teaching test and evaluation.In a word ,it is necessary to take advantage of the diversification teaching efficiently, try to change our views about teaching aims, teaching principles, teaching procedures and so on. Try to satisfy the needs of different students, try to improve the quality of teaching in all directions.
