The Necessity And Solution To The Enterprise Education In The Secondary Vocational School In BaoTou

To strength the start-up education has been the new trend of world education development and reforming. It leads the social economic development among mid and west regions in China. Its secondary vocational education plays an important role in Inner Mongolia. But we can't deny the fact that it is full of difficulties for the survival and development of secondary vocational schools.In order to solve the problem of students' employment after graduation from school, the most feasible way is, after research of educational theories among China and world: adding start-up contents in secondary vocational education, reforming the personnel fostering ideas and models. Only through this way, can secondary vocational schools get out of crisis.The article discusses around the start-up education. Start-up education as an idea runs through the in out of classrooms and give expressions instart-up practices by the way of reforming classes' systems, contents, plans, teaching ways as well as developing the second classroom activities, etc.. To penetrate the start-up contents as well as spirits in vocational education is not necessary and workable, but the requirement of society.
