From 2004, New Senior Syllabus for China has been carried out in Guangzhou, Shandong, Ningxia and Hainan, till 2007, it is possible for all the senior schools to carry out this syllabus. As a middle school teacher in the test area of the curriculum reform, I put forward the method of operation in the evaluation of history study and research on some existed problems which combined with the actual situation. This subject is based on the practice and it will serves for the reality. The main purpose of the subject is to make the senior students get interested in history and learn this course better.The contents of this subject consist of the following parts: It illustrates the background of the subject in the first part; in the second part, it gives us the improvement of the evaluation system in history study; the enforcement situation can be found in the third part; in the last part, some problems are given and the solutions of the new evaluation system have been raised. Modern society needs the comprehensive talents; the main task of the elementary education is to train the talents of culture and quality. But how to foster the talents needed? So a evaluation system is bitterly needed in the development of the school education. But some disadvantages still exist in the present evaluation system and it can't achieve the concept of the new senior syllabus, namely "bring the encouraging and educational function into full play and train the students to become well-rounded". So during the enforcement process of the new senior syllabus, the theoretical basis of the evaluation system is pluralistic evaluation theory. It emphasizes the pluralistic evaluation method, contents and mainstay. It turns out that the transformation in the test area is fit for the trend of the requirement of both home and abroad. At the same time, it does good to raising the students' interest, publicizing the students' characteristics and establish their confidence.The thesis focuses on the situation after carrying out the evaluation system, the problem existed and the solutions to these problems. According to the evaluation methods, contents and rules, I do the practical research and analyze the feasibility of the pluralistic evaluation in the actual process. It turns out that it is really good for the study of the students and can elevate students' confidence to some extent by formulating the evaluation plan, make up the concrete process and analyze the enforcement result.
