Academic evaluation reform is an important part of curriculum reform.In order to realize the fundamental task of Lide Shuren,the newly revised "History Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools(2017 Edition)",based on the nature of history discipline,condenses the core literacy of history discipline.Therefore,the development of evaluating students' core literacy has become the main direction of current evaluation reform.The traditional academic evaluation system is not conducive to the comprehensive evaluation of the development of students' core literacy because of its many drawbacks.As a new evaluation concept,the core of developmental evaluation is to promote students' development,which meets the needs of academic evaluation reform under the background of new curriculum standards.To implement developmental academic evaluation,we need a criterion of evaluation.The criterion of academic quality based on coreliteracy of history discipline can not only guide teachers' teaching,but also provide an important basis for students' academic achievement evaluation.Developmental academic evaluation based on academic quality standards should pay attention to the combination of qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation.There are many ways of qualitative evaluation,so we should choose the appropriate way to evaluate the development of students' core literacy according to the requirements of academic quality standards.Quantitative evaluation mainly refers to the traditional paper-and-pencil examination,which should be based on academic quality standards and select the core literacy content suitable for paper-and-pencil measurement to measure,and reflect the hierarchy of the examination.Based on the academic quality criteria,students' academic achievements can be evaluated by combining qualitative evaluation with quantitative evaluation.Only in this way can the level of students' core literacy of history be evaluated more comprehensively and the development of students' core literacy be promoted.
