An Essay On Inner-School Training For Professional Class Monitors In Middle School

The class monitor in middle school plays very important roles in the undertaking to build the spirit and moral of the minors and the whole process of educating or regulating the students in middle school. Inner-school training for the class monitor in middle school is a necessary element to promote the universal quality education programs, to launch a new round of teaching reform and to realize the professionalization of the class monitor group. As to the training administrative mechanism, it should insist on self-regulation, promoting the overall planning of the training and improving the effectiveness of the training quality assessing. Then through gradual development of the class monitor group towards professionalization in middle school, it will give a strong impulse to the universal quality education and a new round of reform in fundamental education.
