| The professional development of a class adviser is a happy process.However,it is always accompanied with confusion w hen choosing a direction,exhaustion when sticking to a goal,and vacillation when defending with a faith.As a class adviser,his or her job is rather professional,practica l and artistic.To be an excellent class adviser is difficult.Especially,to be an outstanding one in Secondary Vocational School is just harder,and it will be extremely difficult for one to gain a “realm” and professional devel opment in it.To be sure,difficulties are followed with g reat joy of rich harvest,successful guard of weak hearts,and perfect improvement of intense discussions.Based on the in-service working experience,the author think deeply and observe carefully about professional development of class teacher.Class teachers are at the forefront of school education,as they are educational workers who are real close to the students and whose work,most possibly,has lifelong effects on students.As a professional post,the job of class teacher requires both general qualities of common teachers and special qualities in this area.High quality and specialization of class teacher are very important to the implementation and practice of morality education and quality-oriented education.Reflecting on the problem of specialization development of class teacher in Secondary Vocational Schools and based on the social environment and class teacher themselves,the author analyses the current situation and problem existing in specialization development of class teacher,and dissects the relationship between the specialization of common teacher and that of class teacher.Meanwhile,according to the needs of era development and the needs of students’ personality development in Secondary Vocational Schools,the author explains the necessity and specificity of specialization development of class teacher in it.Because of that,after an analysis of specialization construction,the author puts forward that it is necessary to take admission and implementation strategies in the specialization construction of class teacher,and introspects the establishment of “Three’s Company”,the team for class teacher’s growth and cooperation leaded by the author.Probing into the growth of students,the farther our thought is,the longer our road of growth will be.Predecessors have explored it with their theoretical knowledge,and the front-line teachers have practiced it with their enthusiasm and youth.Though the author knows well how slight is her talent and how superficial is her scholarship,still the author would like to make a little contribution to the specialization construction for the work of class teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools. |
