Class management is an important part of school educationmanagement. Class management largely affect students’ thinking, attitudes,self-awareness, behavior, personality tendencies, and multi-faceted. Themanagement of school education has also been inspired with the idea ofdemocracy in popularity. The students’ state as a separate "person" becomemore and more popular and the educators and education practitioners payattention to it. The characteristics of class management that promote thedevelopment of students have become increasingly prominent, and avariety of new class management system came into being, what beimproved constantly in the different regions and educational environment.Under the influence of traditional education management system,mostof the schools and classes in our country are adhere to the traditionalclass management mode, namely prefer to teachers management to studentsmanagement system。 The teachers’ status of "leader" is not to shake,students can only be a passive management。 It largely inhibit the students’self-consciousness and the enthusiasm, go against the development of students’ ability。To a certain extent, it makes negative influence onstudents’ school life, which is unfavorable to students’ social development。New era emphasize on quality education, people-oriented education, whichrequires to get rid of the drawbacks of traditional education. It asks for theestablishment of timely and reasonable, more conducive education systemwhich is good for students’ physical and mental development, promotedpersonality development of students, improved the management system ofschool education.Therefore, I put forward "the monitor cabinet” about the existingproblems in class management mode in this paper.We use the methods ofliterature research, observation method, action research method,investigation method of the questionnaire, interviews and other methods tostudy problem that exists in the process about " the monitor cabinet",discussing which method we should take to rule the class the basicorganization of school under the background of new Curriculum Reform incontemporary improving economic and politics, for the should use whatkind of management pattern. The school education advocates " qualityeducation ", namely cultivate the comprehensive quality of the students.The school and classes were asked for reforming old managementsystem, establishing a new mode of class management," the monitorcabinet" appeared in time, In order to cultivate students’ communicativeability, management ability and other aspects. Practice has proved that “the monitorcabinet system "is an effective management system, and it can overcomethe drawbacks of traditional classroom management system to some extent,to achieve the purpose of promoting the development of students.But" the monitor cabinet" still has disadvantages, because students don’t have mature cognitive capacities, and the pattern is not universal,they should achieve a high degree of understanding, mutual understandingand trust, only in the right guidance can the teachers and students achievethe desired effect. After the analysis of " the monitor system managementmode”. We hold that it’s better to carry out the method than not. Itaccommodates the demands of the society which is a effective mode.
